  • WSU One card will be checked at the door at Matthaei and again at the scorer’s table. 
  • Participation is limited to WSU students who are currently enrolled for the Fall 2009 semester or current faculty/ staff members. Other college students and members of the community are not eligible.
  • In order to participate in a Wayne State Intramural contest, each player must present their validated WSU One Card and have a copy of it on file, and have completed both the roster and waiver forms. 
PARTICIPATION
Participation in the intramural program is voluntary. Wayne State University is not responsible for bodily injuries incurred while participating in intramural sports. Each participant is advised to carry personal health and accidental insurance. All participants are required to sign the Wayne State University Intramural release and roster forms prior to participating. [Forms are PDF files and require Adobe Reader] 

ROSTER

  1. You must have WSU One Card and be registered for Fall 2009 at Wayne State University.
  2. No more than 12 players on each roster.
  3. Team rosters must be turned in prior to FIRST game.
  4. Deadline to add players:  Before game on Oct. 13.
  5. Roster must include name, phone number, and access I.D. number.
  6. MUST PLAY IN AT LEAST THREE GAMES TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR CHAMPIONSHIPS.  Please sign in on clipboard prior to playing.
***  Teams allowing participation of players who are not CURRENT WSU W09 student/staff/faculty or not on roster will forfeit any games in which the illegal player participates. 

RULES

  1. A game will be played to 25 points winning by a margin of two, rally scoring.  At 27 all, next point wins.  Serves are played that hit the net. 
  2. Third games that start after 8:15 or 9:15 will automatically play rally scoring up to 18 by a margin of two.  If scores is tied at 20, next point wins.  
  3. Six people are allowed on a court, three males and three females.  You can begin a game with four people as long as one is a female.  No more than 3 males can play on a court at any time.
  4. Game time is forfeit time.
  5. One time out will be allowed per game.
