INDIANAPOLIS, Ind.– Natalya Natyshak and Leila Armin kept rolling Saturday (Oct. 5) as they won two matches to improve their record to 10-0, and more importantly move into the finals of the Omni Hotels Great Lakes Region Championships, hosted by the University of Indianapolis.
The second-ranked duo will face the top-seeded team of Jenny Johannson and Carina Kaempfer from Northwood. The doubles final will take place following the singles semi’s and finals, which will begin on Sunday, Oct. 6 at 8 a.m. Central time.
Natyshak won her third-round singles match 6-2, 6-4, but lost in the quarters to Laura Matzka of Michigan Tech 7-5, 3-6, 7-6 (4).
